Pabda Macher Jhal A spicy fish curry made with pabda fish, tomato, and onion cooking recipe mathed with highlights full details. 


Ingredients: 


- 2 pounds pabda fish, cut into 1-inch pieces 



- 2 large onions, finely chopped 



- 3 large tomatoes, finely chopped 



- 1 teaspoon cumin powder 



- 1 teaspoon coriander powder 



- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 



- 2 tablespoons red chili powder 



- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste



- 2 tablespoons mustard oil 



- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 



- Salt to taste

Instructions


1. Heat the mustard and vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. 


2. Add the onions and fry until golden brown. 


3. Add the tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and ginger-garlic paste. Fry for a few minutes until the mixture is aromatic. 


4. Add the fish pieces and mix well. 


5. Add salt to taste and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 


6. Reduce the heat and cover the pot. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the gravy is thick. 


7. Serve hot with steamed rice or chapatti. Enjoy!
