Ploughman’s Lunch
Ploughman's Lunch recipe Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole-wheat bread
- 4 ounces of cheese, sliced
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1 handful of mixed salad leaves
- 2 tablespoons of chutney
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

Ploughman's Lunch recipe Instructions:
1. Toast the bread slices.
2. Layer the cheese, ham, tomatoes, and apple slices on one of the slices.
3. Top with the mixed salad leaves.
4. Drizzle the chutney and mayonnaise over the salad leaves.
5. Drizzle the olive oil over the top.
6. Place the remaining slice of bread on top and cut the sandwich in half.
7. Serve and enjoy!
